Emergency Grant Information

The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin normally grants on a yearly cycle, with applications due on August 15th and approved grants payable after our October board meeting. If you have a request that would be considered an emergency outside of this timeframe, you have the opportunity to apply with an emergency grant application. Please review the guidelines of what is defined as an EMERGENGY below before applying. If you have any questions, please contact our office for more information.

Before you apply we ask that you read our definition of an emergency and decide if your
need meets the definition before you proceed. An emergency is defined as…

An emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, or the environment, or one that has a high probability of escalating to cause an immediate danger to life, health, property, or the environment. Emergencies require timely intervention to prevent a worsening of the situation.
